Didnt have any limes but a dash of rice vinegar did the trick for some acid. Made this with crunchy peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey. It is everywhere and seems to get more popular by the day. At various supermarkets, in the ethnic food section, you can find American made or even Thai made peanut sauce.
